1.Service Authorization
By submitting our customer onboarding form, approving an estimate, or otherwise providing written or electronic acceptance of service, you authorize SUNCOAST POOL PROS LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") to provide professional swimming pool maintenance at the service address provided.
Electronic submission of our onboarding form constitutes electronic acceptance of this Service Agreement.
Who this Agreement applies to:
- Direct Enrollment: This Agreement applies to customers who enroll directly with Suncoast Pool Pros — by submitting our onboarding form, approving an estimate, or providing written or electronic acceptance.
- Service Without a Signed Agreement: Where we service a pool without a signed agreement or an accepted Service Proposal — for example where service began informally, or has continued from an earlier arrangement — your request for service and your continued acceptance of it constitute your agreement to these terms, and they bind you in the same way. Acceptance by conduct does not, by itself, entitle you to any particular service inclusion: the flat-rate chemical coverage, the annual filter service, and the "Always Blue" guarantee apply only where they are set out in a Service Proposal you accepted, or have otherwise been confirmed to you in writing.
- Acquired or Transferred Accounts: Accounts we take over from another service provider are not automatically bound by this Agreement. Until the customer affirmatively accepts it, the account is serviced on a month-to-month transitional basis, and the flat-rate chemical inclusions and "Always Blue" guarantee in this Agreement do not apply. Service inclusions we introduce after an account transfers — such as an annual filter service — apply to that account only where set out in a Service Proposal the customer accepted, or otherwise confirmed to them in writing.
- Condition of Transferred Pools: Because a transferred pool's prior care and condition are outside our knowledge and control, an acquired pool may require an initial assessment and, if needed, a one-time recovery or balancing service, quoted and approved before work proceeds. The flat-rate and guarantee terms take effect once the customer accepts this Agreement and the pool is confirmed to be in standard, balanced condition.
Condition of the pool at start of service:
- Pre-Existing Conditions: Any condition of the pool, its surfaces, or its equipment that exists before our first service visit — including surface staining, scale, etched or deteriorating finishes, worn or aging equipment, prior water-chemistry damage, or deferred maintenance — is considered pre-existing, whether or not it was visible or known at the time service began. Suncoast Pool Pros is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for issues that develop from them.
- Baseline Documentation: We may document the pool's condition at or near the start of service through photos, notes, or water-test results. Our service records — including visit logs, chemical readings, and photos — serve as the primary record of the pool's condition and the services performed.
